Michael Mosebach

Property Restoration Services Division Manager

Michael oversees the administration and construction, including estimating, cont-ract negotiations and developing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies within Property Restoration Services four areas: emergency services, residential remodeling, property mainten-ance, and insurance restoration work. Michael has more than 18 years of residential and commercial construction experience. Formerly, Michael was president of a Cincinnati, Ohio-based residential remodeling company with annual sales in excess of $3.5 million and fifty employees. Michael holds a BA from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Central Coast Claims Association. Michael has been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula for the past twenty years where he, his wife and three children reside.
