DMC recently completed a 2,000 square foot tenant improvement of Los Palos Medical Associates, The largest multi-specialty medical group in Monterey County, including the addition of CT Scanning Room, renovation of patient care areas, and the addition of a new Business Office. The project was completed on-time and under budget

DMC is proud to announce the opening of the newly renovated cafeteria at Aptos High School. The new facility has a 299 seat capacity and includes an expanded kitchen, new service counters and windows, new lighting, three new restrooms, improved doorways, an outside service window, and office.

DMC Completed the renovation of 59 rooms at Hotel Pacific. As many as 60 personnel were working to accomplish the scope of work consisting of refurbishing the baths, floor coverings, adding electrical wiring and fixtures, and painting.

Mark Lord, formerly a project manager for DMC's commercial division, has been promoted to general manager of DMC Construction.  Mark will oversee all aspects of company operations.

Linda Bacigalupi has assumed the role as the Company's Full Charge Bookkeeper, and as such, will be responsible for accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
